Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to support our internal departments by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our processes. This role requires in-depth industry knowledge, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be solutions-driven, motivated to resolve discrepancies, and possess familiarity with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. Strong communication skills, proper email etiquette, and the ability to follow through on resolutions are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Inquiry Management : Respond to internal concerns via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Dispute Resolution : Investigate and resolve internal issues efficiently, ensuring accuracy in financial and operational matters.
- Cross Department Collaboration : Work closely with finance, customer service, and operations teams to streamline processes and maintain quality standards.
- Data Accuracy & Compliance : Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the company database, ensuring adherence to industry and company regulations.
- Process Improvement : Identify recurring issues and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions and efficiency improvements.
- Customer Support & Product Knowledge : Provide internal teams with accurate product and service information to ensure smooth operations.
