SUMMARY: We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant Manager that will provide a positive atmosphere for our customers, vendors and employees. Assist in servicing our Huntsville, AL office and the surrounding areas. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible throughout the branch which will include but not limited to:

Requirements

• Distribution/Warehouse experience
• Professional/friendly
• HVAC knowledge is helpful
• Support sales staff
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Counter Sales
• Forklift experience
• Good driving record
• Computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook etc.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and take on multiple responsibilities and new demands frequently.
