- Minimum 3 - 5 years of HVAC sales or HVAC experience
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Highly confident and persuasive
- Strong work ethic and customer focus are required
- History of outstanding achievements and proven sales skills
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills
- Very adaptive, innovative, and results driven
- Proficient with smart phones, computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
