Parts Specialist Responsibilities
· Develop relationships with clients and create strong support for our clients' aftermarket needs
· Demonstrate knowledge of parts and systems to support a client-focused solution
· Use strong computer skills to manage inventory, sales, stock, and ordering processes
· Maintain a clean and safe workplace (coordinating with warehouse personnel)
· Be able to communicate benefits and value with customer's needs in mind
Job Skills & Desired Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred (construction related) or proven experience in HVAC or Parts Industry
· Outstanding oral and written communication skills
· Capable of building and sustaining strong relationships with clients
· Knowledge of boilers, chillers, pumps, or other mechanical products is preferred
· High level of self-motivation to perform & succeed with outstanding customer service
Compensation based on experience and proven track record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
