Equipment Repair Specialist

Job Description

This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment throughout the mill operation. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

1. Performing routine maintenance tasks, including lubricating equipment, replacing filters, and tightening loose parts.
2. Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
3. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
4. Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Responsibilities

• Special projects and/or other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in feed mill maintenance, industrial, or a production environment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
