SUMMARY
As a member of our SAP team, you will lead in the design, build, and management of innovative SAP technology solutions. This role emphasizes technical leadership and architectural expertise, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, small-shop environment. You will work closely with your SAP Functional teammates, supporting core SAP ECC modules such as FI, CO, MM, PP, SD and LE, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy across all technical SAP initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Working closely with the SAP Principal Architect, business stakeholders, and external vendors, to ensure SAP solutions align with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Collaborating with cross-functional IT teammates and SAP end-users, to understand business processes and identify areas for SAP-driven technical improvements.
- Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing technical requirements, exploring opportunities for automation and seamless integration between SAP and external applications.
- Designing, developing, and testing technical solutions across the SAP ECC platform and a variety of interfaces including Fiori, SAC, and multiple external applications and MES systems.
- Ensuring high-quality deliverables by adhering to best practices for performance, scalability, and compliance within SAP ECC, S / 4HANA, Fiori, API, and BTP platforms.
- Cataloging, evaluating, and optimizing existing ABAP code for performance and maintainability, and determining its strengths, limitations, and feasibility of future use.
- Governing the creation and maintenance of integration standards, templates, and best practices to ensure quality and consistency in delivery.

The ability to work remotely is an option for the right candidate. Must be able to fully support our business during standard working hours within the US Pacific time zone and effectively communicate and coordinate solutions with our SAP users. Position requires occasional off-peak hours or weekend work and the ability to travel.
