What You’ll Own & Drive:
✔️ Lead & Elevate: Oversee our food safety and compliance programs, ensuring they meet industry and regulatory standards.
✔️ Train & Inspire: Provide technical expertise and mentorship to build a strong food safety culture.
✔️ Audit & Improve: Keep our processes top-notch with internal audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvements.
✔️ Manage & Protect: Handle certifications, HACCP plans, FSMA 204 initiatives, and product recalls with confidence.
✔️ Collaborate & Solve: Work closely with Operations and warehouse teams to maintain quality control excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
🌟 A Food Safety Champion: Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
🌟 A Compliance Guru: HACCP Certified, SQF knowledge, and 5-7 years of experience in food safety management (bonus points if in a warehouse setting!).
🌟 A Leader Who Gets Things Done: Strong communication, leadership, and a solutions-driven mindset.
🌟 A Hands-On Problem Solver: Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse setting—no remote work here, we need you on-site and engaged!
