Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Warehouse
- Track and Record Inventory levels.
- Assist with cycle counts and stock audits.
- Ensure accurate labeling and organization of items.
- Property and Lawn Maintenance
- Scrapping of discarded materials/equipment.
- Order, pick up, deliver, and install materials, equipment and supplies needed to maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Keep records of repairs and replacements made and causes of malfunctions.
- Communicate with customers about the work being performed.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation rules, regulations, and guidelines; notify supervisor of unsafe/unsanitary conditions.
- Assist with Food Show Staging.
Receiving and Shipping
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
- Prepare items for outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with carriers for delivery schedules.
Organization
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse space.
- Implement storage best practices to maximize space efficiency.
Equipment Handling
- Operate Forklifts or Pallet Jacks (if certified).
- Safely handle materials and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintaining Trailer Fleet.
Parts
- Process parts request and ensure timely delivery.
- Pick, Pack, Stage, Delivery: parts for internal or external customers.
- Processing Service Truck Inventory.
Supplier Coordination
- Communicate with suppliers for parts orders and returns.
- Monitor backorders and expedite deliveries as needed.
Documentation
- Maintain records of part usage and transactions.
- Track Warranty claims and process returns.
Customer Service
- Assist Customers and technicians with locating and ordering parts.
- Provide accurate information regarding part availability and pricing.
Clerical Tasks
- Input inventory, shipment, and transaction details into software systems.
- Dispatching
- Installation Department Scheduling assistance
- Staging Equipment on Trailers for installations.
- Generate Reports for inventory.
- Prepare Purchase Orders.
- Provide support to other departments as necessary.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; and three to five years related experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
· Must have a valid driver’s license and an appropriate motor vehicle record and ability to pull assorted trailers
· Must have Forklift/Pallet Jack Certification
Other Skills and Abilities
- Working knowledge of normal shop equipment and hand tools
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
