Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Assist clients with daily tasks, such as errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
We require a minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle. Previous experience as a CNA, Caregiver, or Personal Care Aide/Assistant is preferred but not required.
