As a Caregiver on our team, your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; preparing meals and snacks; managing medications; and providing companionship and social interaction. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client care, communicating effectively with clients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum High School Diploma or GED; a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle; and a passion for helping others. Previous experience as a CNA, Homemaker, Personal Care Aide, or Companion is highly desirable. We also require a commitment to providing high-quality care and a strong understanding of our company's values and mission.
