The Role- What you’ll do as an Operations Assistant:

The Role- What you’ll do as an Operations Assistant:
- Answer, assist, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Greet and welcome guests
- Scan, file, and maintain records
- Distribute incoming faxes and assist with MVRs
- Assist with accounting functions including direct bill entry and vendor payables
- Upkeep of weekly food and beverages that company provides to employees
- Assist with organizing office events including in-house lunches, meetings, and other office celebrations
- Provide support to all departments and assist with additional projects as needed
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Strong technology skills. Experience with Office 365 and Teams
- Ability to multitask and have strong organizational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize daily workflow
