Associated Packaging is seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship management efforts and drive sales growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement, streamline sales processes, and maximize revenue. You will oversee CRM systems, analyze sales & customer data, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with Developing CRM processes & best practices.
- Training & support of Sales & Sales Leadership on CRM use.

Manages CRM quote process & supports continued development & training for Sales, Sales Leadership, and Admin (Ops) support team.
- Lead Admin support team on all responsibilities around the quote process.
- Lead, Prospect, and Customer management in CRM.
- Monitors and reports on CRM KPIs, usage, and effectiveness.
- Effective collaboration between Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Technical Specialists on CRM utilization.
- Effective coordination with the Ops team in the CRM process and transition from Opportunity to quote, product ID, & order conversion.
- Assists with external lead Capture, Entry, Assignment, Follow-up and Tracking process.

Supports Marketing campaigns in CRM with existing customers and prospects.
- Including validation and assignment to sales: Data Management Support setup and completion of prospect and customer records, emails, NAICS/SIC codes, etc.
- Works with Marketing & IT to evaluate & implement other digital or analytical tools needed to support CRM and sales growth.
- Solicits regular feedback from Sales & Sales Leadership regularly to identify process improvements and additional needs.

Reports on and provides analysis of Sales KPIs including development and reporting of sales pipeline.
- Lead, Prospect, Customer, Opportunity, Quote, through order conversion by Sales Rep, Branch & Region.
- Supports Sales Leadership in the analysis of CRM pipeline KPIs for sales plan development and key supplier analysis.
- Supports the development of cost justifications and other financial metrics for use in sales presentations, proposals & business reviews.
- Assist with any sales reporting or sales analysis, as needed.
- Support Key Supplier growth by identifying solutions to focus marketing campaigns, prospects for these campaigns, and opportunity analysis for identified supplier solutions.
- Develops Customer Analysis process to identify and assess the maximization of Total Account Potential in customers and prospects.
Education and/or Experience:
- Required bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or a similar relevant field; Master’s degree will be given special consideration
- 5 years of CRM experience in B2B Sales or Marketing
- In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms and best training practices
- Sales training experience
- Experience managing and building/maintaining relationships with internal and external teams
- Ability to think strategically as well as tactically
- Ability to analyze data, make sound observations, and implement solutions; strong analytical skills; interested in creating solutions to problems or methodology for improved deliverables
Competencies:
- Team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, CRMs, etc.
