The Clinic RN provides professional nursing care for patients in Internal Medicine.

• RN Qualifications :
• Current Wisconsin RN license or eligible
• CPR certification
• Ability to educate and provide counseling and emotional support with compassion and respect
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
• Previous Clinic Experience
• Prior Epic experience preferred
• Clinic RN Health Education
• RN - Responsibilities :

Coordinates care for patients with chronic conditions who require disease, medication, or resource management to ensure optimum utilization of resources, excellent service delivery and positive quality outcomes. The Health Education RN may also assist with Employee Health and COVID-19 activities, such as the assessment, testing, and management of COVID-19 symptoms for staff and patients
