Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as needed.
- Monitor and restock supplies in restrooms and common areas to ensure availability.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly throughout the facility.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs or concerns.
Experience
- Previous experience in a janitorial or housekeeping role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds safely.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols is a plus.
