Job Title : Assembly WorkerLocation : Hastings, NE
Pay : $17 / hour
Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire
Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 6 : 30 AM - 5 PM (Overtime and 2 Saturdays a month as required)

What You’ll Do :
- Work as part of a team to assemble products or product components efficiently.
- Rotate between workstations or stay in a specific station based on skills, training and production needs.
- Follow assembly instructions from procedures, drawings and work instructions.
- Inspect and verify completed work to ensure it meets high-quality standards.
- Use a variety of tools such as power tools, pneumatic tools, smart torque wrenches and hand tools to complete tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues, contribute ideas for improvement and ensure the team meets production goals.
