Position Details:
- Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour or more depending on experience
- Shift: 1st shift – Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm with overtime on Fridays as needed
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Responsibilities:
As a CNC Rollform Operator, you will set up, operate and modify CNC machines to punch, shear and form metal products to meet precise specifications. You will work with a variety of machine tools, jigs and fixtures, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout production.
- Set up and operate CNC Rollforming machinery
- Make necessary program adjustments and modifications
- Select and install machine tools, jigs and fixtures
- Fabricate parts per print specifications and work orders
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments
- Conduct authorized maintenance and adjustments on machines
- Complete required production reports and records
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- 1-3 years of experience operating CNC Rollforming machinery
- Experience in metal fabrication and CNC operations
- Ability to read blueprints and work with precision measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Steel-toe boots required
