Job Title : Modular Home Builder (Electrical & Roof Set)

Location : Aurora, NE

Hours : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM or 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM

Pay : Starting at $19 / hour

We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and be part of a top-tier team building state-of-the-art modular homes. No prior experience No problem! They will train the right candidates in every aspect of the building process. Whether you're interested in electrical work or roof setting, we are looking for skilled candidates or enthusiastic learners who want to grow their careers in the modular home industry.

Responsibilities :

Perform electrical installation and roof setting for modular homes.
Follow building plans and blueprints for accurate and efficient home construction.
Use hand tools such as hammers, measuring tapes and utility knives to complete tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Work closely with a team to ensure the highest quality product is delivered on time.

Requirements :

Experience Required : Electrical and roof setting experience is a must.

Willingness to learn and expand your skill set in all areas of the building process.

Ability to use hand tools (hammer, measuring tape, utility knife).

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team.

Must be able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
