Starting Wage : $16.00 per hour
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the frontline of this organization playing a key role in building lasting relationships with their valued customers. You’ll manage a variety of tasks such as answering incoming calls, addressing customer needs, resolving issues and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Every interaction counts and you will be the face of the company offering support and expert advice to customers while maintaining accurate records and processing important billing information.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assess and address customer needs, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process billing, payments, and assist with insurance compliance.
- Meet daily goals and performance metrics as set by the Customer Care Manager.
