In this full-time role, you’ll help individuals navigate their day while participating in a variety of activities that encourage growth, fun and connection. Essential Duties and Tasks :
- Assist individuals with activities and tasks throughout their day.
- Take individuals on exciting outings such as fishing, bowling, volunteering and swimming.
- Be a coach, team player, and role model, helping individuals reach their daily and monthly goals.
- Adhere to all Goodwill company policies and procedures.
