Job Title : Grain & Agronomy OperatorLocation : Nelson, NE

Pay : $18.32 / hour Premium Pay for Qualified Bilingual Candidates

Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM (Weekends and Overtime during Harvest)

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and work outdoors with a dynamic team? Our client is looking for dedicated Grain & Agronomy Operators to join their team in Nelson. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do :

Load and Unload Grain Commodities : Handle and transport various agricultural products.
Blend and Load Fertilizer and Chemicals : Play an important role in the blending and distribution of dry and liquid fertilizers and chemicals.
Light Maintenance : Assist with the upkeep and cleaning of grain elevators and equipment.
Heavy Equipment Operation (if certified) : Opportunity to operate heavy machinery as needed.
Work Outdoors : Enjoy a hands-on job in an open-air environment where you can take pride in the results of your work.

What We’re Looking For :

No Experience? No Problem! Training is provided for the right candidates.

Physical Ability : You must be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and work in a dusty environment.

Mechanical Aptitude or Agricultural Background : This is a plus but not required.

Team Player : Enjoy working independently but also as part of a team to achieve daily goals.
