Position Details : Pay : $20 / hour
Location : Fairmont, MN
Shifts Available : Monday – Friday 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM or 2 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM (overtime required as needed)
Position Type : Temp-to-Hire
As a Grain Operations Worker, you'll be key to ensuring the efficient flow of grain operations including receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging and shipping. You will assist in general housekeeping, including sweeping grain and washing the facility as well as operating equipment like Bobcat, Forklift and Payloader after proper training. Additional responsibilities include :
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Organizing and scooping grain
- Loading up to 30 train cars per week
- Interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service
This is a production site primarily focused on loading train cars and creating corn products for shipment with little to no harvest work involved.
