Job Title : HVAC Maintenance Technician
Location : Grand Island. NE
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM (On Call Required)
We are seeking a qualified and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join a great team. This position involves performing essential building and mechanical repairs and maintenance in accordance with OSHA standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems. On-call duties are a required part of the job.
Key Responsibilities of the HVAC Maintenance Technician :
- Perform general and preventative maintenance on electrical systems
- Repair small machinery and assist with equipment repairs
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems
- Inspect alarm systems and schedule necessary repairs
- Assist with setup and maintenance of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems
- Liaison with third-party service providers as needed
- Supervise and direct daily activities of maintenance personnel
- Reassign resources as priorities shift
- Additional duties as assigned by management
