This hands-on position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and isn’t afraid to get a little dirty!
Pay & Schedule :Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with the installation of piping for water, sewer and sanitary sewer systems
- Hand shoveling, rigging pipe and aligning pipe
- Install valves and valve boxes
- Use packers, skid loaders and pay loaders to backfill trenches
- Hydro / chlorination of installed water piping
- Concrete finish work
- Clean work areas daily and upon project completion
- Climbing in and out of trenches multiple times a day
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (from hot summer days in the 90s to cold winter temps in the low teens)
- Physically capable of lifting, bending and performing labor-intensive tasks
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Consistent full-time schedule
- Team-oriented environment
