We’re seeking a Senior Team Leader to join our client's team taking charge in the paint and outdoor living areas while also providing guidance and support across other departments. What You’ll Be Doing :

• Lead and supervise the paint and outdoor living areas while assisting across departments like plumbing, lumber, appliances, flooring and kitchens.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, maintaining store standards and utilizing your product knowledge.
• Relay product discrepancies and new stock needs to the Purchasing Coordinators.
• Train and supervise department team members, providing clear communication on duties, schedules and customer interactions.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues up to $500 in company loss.
• Ensure product availability on the sales floor for customers.
• Monitor team performance, ensuring all departments meet high standards and schedules are being followed.
• Participate in the Manager on Duty (MOD) program and assist in store opening and closing shifts.
• Support and assist across all store departments when needed ensuring everything runs smoothly.
