Job Title: Scale Technician - Customer Service & Equipment Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration on various scales to ensure accuracy adjusting as necessary to meet specifications.
- Interact with customers directly to assess their equipment needs and provide exceptional service.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical and software issues to ensure the optimal functioning of weighing equipment.
- Replace defective components (load cells, wiring, controllers) and test the equipment to ensure it's running smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a technical or mechanical field (preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and software-related issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
