Packaging and Loading Specialist - 1st Shift - $18 / hour DOE!

Join a great team as a Packaging and Loading Specialist and play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's manufacturing process. You’ll work on 1st Shift (6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM) and earn $18 / hour based on experience (DOE).

In this role, you’ll be responsible for packaging, labeling, inspecting finished products and loading materials onto trailers. If you have experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings, enjoy working in a team and have a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with proper packaging, labeling and inspection of finished products.
• Load items onto flatbed or enclosed container trailers ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Operate various equipment, including forklifts, overhead cranes and other material handling tools.
• Interpret fabrication drawings to calculate weights and lifting requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on assigned machines.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and data entry accurately.
• Take digital photos of completed loads and upload them to customer files.
• Follow safety protocols, keep your work area clean and organized and report unsafe conditions.
