Join Our Team as a Childcare Support Specialist!

17 / hr DOE | Full-Time, 4-Day Work Week (7 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM)

Are you passionate about working with children and making a difference in their early development? Our client is looking for a creative, motivated and patient individual to join their team as a Childcare Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers in Nursery and Older Infant Rooms (ages 6 weeks to 18 months) and make a positive impact on young minds every day.

Position Overview

As a Childcare Support Specialist, you will engage with children through daily play and activities, assist with meals, bottles, naps, diaper changes and help ensure a safe, supportive and nurturing environment. You will work under the direction of our Teachers learning and growing in the field of early childhood education while making a lasting difference in the lives of children.

This position requires flexibility with a rotating day off and you will work four 10-hour days each week from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM.

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of professional childcare experience or working towards an Early Childhood degree
• Must clear a full background check
• Must pass a health screening
