Job Description
ATI Technicians must be able to perform the physical installation and service of Parking Control and Access Control equipment. These systems include but are not limited to : Ticket Issuing Devices, Revenue Collection Exit Devices, RFID (Toll Tag) Readers, LPR (License Plate Recognition) Systems, Barrier Gates, Slide and Swing Gate Operators, Access Control, IP & Analog Camera Systems, IP Networks, Video Management Systems, and Intrusion Detection Systems.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Installation, service, programming, and training of all aspects parking control systems and electronic security systems
- Daily communication and coordination with colleagues, management, and customers
- Communication and coordination with tech support, technical resources, and contractors
- Update project and / or service tickets daily to company management software
- Provide appropriate solutions for service calls that include pictures and part numbers
- Create RMA with various vendors and manufacturers as needed
- Accountability (All communications transparent, clocking in and out remotely with location tracking, working with team members, etc.)
- On-call rotation (one week duration)
