In this role, you will play an important part in helping children and their families receive the therapy services that they need in a fun and exciting location!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Greet patients and families, collect applicable payments, tidy waiting area as needed
- Maintain smooth patient flow
- Ensure all patient documents are transferred to patients’ electronic chart
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Accurately maintain petty cash fund
- Maintain adequate supplies for the facility
- As needed, assists in scheduling new and existing patient therapy appointments
