Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and support to our clients.
- Communicate effectively with your supporting agent and our agency partners.
- Maintain knowledge of all appropriate coverages relevant to clients and prospects.
- Identify and address coverage issues.
- Ability to think outside the box.
Requirements:
- Must be currently licensed (Florida 2-20/4-40)
- Strong experience in managing commercial insurance accounts with large retentions.
- Successful track record in creating and/or bringing value to employer and/or clients in previous positions.
Experience with Applied Systems a plus, or other agency management software as well as the ability to learn new systems as needed. - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with issuing certificates of insurance and evidence of insurance.
