- 1-3 years soldering experience a must
- E/M exp a plus
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures to deliver a product and in a timely manner.
- Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Supervisor
- Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Respects and follows safety policies.
- Keeps equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements.
