What are the responsibilities and job description for the AWS DevSecOps- DoD secret - on site position at Associates Systems LLC?
Due to the work you’ll perform and interactions with DoD programs you will need to be a US citizen with an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Senior Cloud Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with 7 – 9 years' of relevant experience, 5-7 years of relevant experience with Master’s
- Experience with the Risk Management Framework
- Experience with Vulnerability Management and scanning tools such as ACAS
- Experience with Security Control Testing (NIST 800-53/CNSSI 1253)
- Event Management / Auditing (Splunk, ELK, EFK)
- Malware Protection (Antivirus, HBSS, etc)
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), and the provisioning of various services and infrastructure
- Ability to apply Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) to a variety of technologies to include Windows, Linux, etc.
- Comfortable scripting and automating (Python, YAML, JSON, etc)
Preferences:
- Experience with Account Management (Active Directory, etc)
- Experience configuring Splunk / ELK / EFK / NiFi
- Experience with CloudFormation templates
- Experience with DevOps technologies including Terraform
- Familiar with containers, container security (NIST 800-190), and Zero Trust Architecture
