Requirement : on-site with possible telework
- Provide subject-matter expertise to rapidly explore and prototype multi-domain command and control (C2) capabilities to synchronize data sharing and decision making for joint warfighting.
- Deliver technical assessments and analysis to provide recommended innovative approaches, technologies, and capabilities to close critical joint warfighting capability gaps.
- Provide technical expertise to inform mission engineering studies, prototype development, experimentation, and global integrated wargaming.
- Provide technical analysis and advice to help inform capability requirements development and validation through the JCIDS process.
- Collaborate with Service, Joint Staff, and OSD stakeholders to support the transition of technologies from prototypes and joint experimentation activities to Service programs of record.
- Prepare and deliver reports and briefings for senior DoD leadership and Congress
- At least 10 years of relevant technical work experience.
- Experience planning and executing complex systems analysis efforts for the DoD and / or IC.
- Experiencing conducting systems engineering tasks related to connecting sensors across Services to weapons platform and shooters.
- Experience conducting assessments of threat kill chains and kill webs to analyze mission threads, develop system models, and conduct engineering trade studies.
