Job Description
- Be responsible for software development for Linux and/or Windows. Software development is primarily on Linux.
- Applications are primarily military mission systems.
- Familiarity with software patterns and/or modern design methodology.
- Object-Oriented Design and Analysis
- Familiarity with software lifecycle process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred), and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
- Software development/maintenance experience.
- C, C , and/or Java experience
- Window OS experience.
- The essential physical requirements of the position will be reviewed with the applicant during the interview.
Desired Skills:
- Image processing development experience a plus.
- GUI design and development experience a plus.
- Hardware communications interfacing experience is a plus.
- Containerization (i.e. Docker, Kubernetes) experience is a plus.
