- Using hand and power tools, fixtures, and test equipment to assemble and test products.
- Following detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time.
- Reporting any quality issues, process problems, or equipment malfunctions to the Production Supervisor.
- Providing hands-on training to coworkers as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years soldering experience is mandatory.
- E/M experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
