Job Description:
- Define the technical direction/plan for image processing and algorithm development in support of the program objectives
- Work within a dynamic team to execute the algorithm development
- Produce new modular functionality suitable for a real-time image processing system
- Maintain and improve existing code and processes
- Be hard working, technically competent, possess pride in ownership and a good work ethic
- Have a strong desire to learn, possess good interpersonal skills and decision making/critical thinking skills
- Be dynamic and adaptable to change
- Set the highest ethical standards for self and others
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with a Signal Processing
- or AI/ML focus and 6 years related experience
- or Graduate Degree with related focus and 4 years related experience
- Experience with Object Detection and Tracking
- Experience with Object Recognition and other AI/ML applications
- A strong emphasis on image and signal processing techniques as well as experience applying these to digital data
- Applicant must have a willingness to relocate to the Tulsa, OK or Mason, OH area
- Able to travel up to 10%
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Matlab (Image Processing and Deep Learning Toolboxes) or Python (Jupyter Notebooks, NumPy, SciPy, OpenCV, Matplotlib)
- Experience with C , CUDA, TensorFlow (or equivalent) and real-time programming
- Object-oriented programming, design patterns, and modern software design best practices
- Scenario modeling and simulation
- Experience with Agile Scrum development concepts
- Experience as a technical lead for research and development efforts
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office, Teams
- Strong Organizational and Communication skills
