What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager - DAS Suite Quality position at Association Careers?
About the Role:
You will be the lead reviewer on certain areas of Employee Benefit Plan and Dynamic Audit Solution applications to support the quality assurance process. You will communicate any findings to product leads. You will report to the Senior Director, DAS Suite Quality, Guidance & Industry Content. You will work on a hybrid basis from our offices in Durham, NC.
You Will:

Perform detailed QA reviews to ensure that the products comply with relevant technical standards and fit for purpose.

Perform QA function for Custom Development Scrum team bringing QA reviews and auditing experience to the QA function.

Develop controls and documentation of procedures.

Identify issues and concerns related to compliance with standards or functionality of the apps driving such compliance.

Communicate findings to appropriate partners from the performance of the QA reviews in an understandable way and manage resolution of the matters identified.

Investigate problems and develop disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.

Monitor tools, methodologies, and automation to ensure testing and identification of defects.

Support the efforts to establish the quality system, including policies, procedures, standards, recordkeeping systems, following relevant quality standards.
You Have:

CPA
-
Bachelor's degree
-
7 years of public accounting or relevant experience that delivers understanding of the accounting profession and auditing/assurance services and quality control processes

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $125,000 - $145,000
