The Choice is excited to manage a direct hire search for an Executive Assistant for our client- an association that serves architects, engineers, and construction professionals with professional learning certifications.

The Executive Assistant will directly support the day-to-day needs of the CEO in addition to supporting board functions and other projects in the organization. They are seeking someone energetic with strong project management and administrative skills.
This is a hybrid position (Tuesdays / Wednesdays / Thursdays in office required). They have a beautiful, very modern office space in downtown DC.
The ideal candidate will have / will be :
- At least 6 years of experience in executive support, preferably in nonprofits or membership organizations.
- Previous experience supporting board functions
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Previous experience with project management software preferred (ie , Asana, etc)
Salary : $85,000
