Part-Time: 8-20 hrs/week

Join our LifeNet program as a Support Partner, offering independent living support for autistic adults. You’ll provide 1:1 support in clients' homes and communities with the backing of our collaborative team.
Your Role:
Work with clients to implement their strengths-based LifeNet Support Plan in areas such as:
Home organization and housekeeping
Meal preparation, nutrition, and food safety
Healthcare appointments and medication reminders
Money management, social engagement, recreation, and exercise
Personal hygiene and self-care
Track and report observations, time, mileage, and notes through our case management system
Participate in virtual supervision meetings for support and collaboration
Travel Requirements: Most client visits occur within the I-495/I-95 belts. Travel time is compensated, with mileage reimbursed at the federal rate.
Additional opportunities in the role:
Organize or facilitate social/recreational activities
Support event planning and research client resources
Experience supporting autistic adults or related human services experience
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Proficiency with tech tools (Zoom, Google Suite, MS Word)
Patience, adaptability, and ability to work independently and within a team
Willingness to undergo state and federal background checks
Competitive pay commensurate with experience
