Regular Hours: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm
Location: Elm-McHenry/Region 4 - Illinois
What you will be doing?
Greet clients and answer phones
Psychiatric clinic(s) scheduling, reminder calls/texts
Support program operations
Copying, faxing and distributing staff mail
Scanning and uploading documents to CX360
Track use of and order needed office supplies
General Secretarial and Support duties
Other duties as assigned

Education:
High School degree
License/certifications:
None
Experience:
Two years full-time paid employment in general office procedures with secretarial duties involved preferred
Physical:
Use multi-line phone system, keyboard, mouse, headset.
Unpack delivered boxes and put supplies in closets and cupboards. Be able to lift light weights, stoop and bend.
Equipment:
Proficient in the use of general business equipment including Computers, Copy Machines and Telephones with a voice mail system
Additional Requirements:.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Familiar with Outlook
Must be organized and have pleasant telephone manners.
Must be able to handle multiple demands
