What you will be doing?
- The MHP is responsible for the implementation of the clients IM CAN treatment plan goals and objectives. The MHP demonstrates this through daily documentation of service provided to each client to whom they are responsible. The MHP will assure client rights and dignity while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Be familiar with and maintain all applicable program and agency regulations.
- This job position may have some work components that can be performed remotely. Remote work arrangements are not a right or entitlement of employment. They are discretionary and subject to demonstrated performance and operational needs. Approval may be rescinded at any time at the sole discretion of management.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Work scheduled hours and be flexible to meet client and program needs. Includes cross training and coverage in other programs or buildings as assigned.
- Responsible to provide independent program coverage when scheduled.
- Must meet minimum service hour provision/productivity standards (MRO) monthly
- Complete and sign all MRO documentation (case notes) every 48 hours in Cx360.
- Document the supervision of clients medications per procedure by accurately completing MAR documentation.
- Meet with all assigned clients on a regular basis per program and client needs; turn in activity logs daily .
- Acquire and maintain required certifications as any other trainings assigned by Manager.
- Provide effective services to meet clients individual needs in line with each IM CANS.
- Maintain professionalism and good boundaries when working with clients, coworkers and outside agencies.
- Attend monthly clinical supervisions per DHS requirement.
- Attend monthly team meetings and be a positive contributor.
- Follow the direction of managers and case managers regarding appropriate client interactions and interventions per clients IM CANS.
- Assure compliance with all rules, regulations and recommendations per agency, state and federal guidelines. Review and follow updated policies and procedures.
- Recognize emergency situations and take appropriate action. Contact manager and director per procedure. Complete necessary paperwork correctly (incident reports, petitions, encounters)
- Complete monthly house meetings as scheduled and correctly complete necessary drills and paperwork.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field preferred Or High School Diploma and 5 years of experience in Social Services
License/certifications: N/A
Experience: Experience working with adults with mental illness preferred.
