What will you be doing?
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of residential facilities in the aurora Location. Assure that all aspects of community living comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and the standards of operation for AID. Responsible for monitoring program budgets and expenditures to ensure programs operate in a fiscally responsible manner. Responsible for the hiring, monitoring and discipline of staff at assigned locations. Requires on-call responsibilities to assure quality services 24 hours a day/7 day a week and participation in a weekend on-call rotation.

What will you bring to the table?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Master’s Preferred
- At least two years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Two years supervisory experience preferred.
What are the other requirements?
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds to assist in two-person lift or with use of adaptive equipment.
- Pass STOFHLA literacy test.
- Must complete required DSP and Medication Administration Training, including, CPR, First Aid, Infection Control, OIG Rule 50, and CPI.
- Must maintain medication administration authorization by following all policies and procedures.
- Individual must have and maintain a valid Illinois driver’s license.
- The use of a personal automobile and the minimum amount of automobile liability insurance as defined in the Association’s personnel policy is required.
- Transport clients in personal automobile.
- Complete agency required QIDP training within six months of hire
- Respond to client medical or behavioral concerns during evening, weekend, overnight, and holiday hours.
- Evenings, weekends, and holiday hours required.
- Maintain 12 CEU’s yearly.
- Must demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills
- Must demonstrate effective computer skills
- Attend in-service trainings as required.
- Attendance at after hour programmatic functions required.
