Schedule Hours: Monday- Friday: 8 hour full hour days including some flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed
Location: Wildwood
What you will be doing?

Daily oversight of services and programmatic needs, as directed by Director.

Clinical supervision if assigned
-
Facilitate team meetings
-
Coordination of intake clients’ assignment to staff.

Therapy/Counseling to a small caseload of clients if assigned.

Key contributor to the Behavioral Health team and the agency as a whole

Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field. Master’s Degree in a human services field preferred.
License/Certification
-
LCPC or LCSW preferred
Experience
-
At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health preferred
What are the other requirements?

Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing

Driving:

Meets agency eligibility requirements and/or drives self, clients, personal and/or agency vehicles

Equipment:

Computer with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications

Copy machine

Telephone with voice mail system

Complete CEU’s required to maintain clinical licensure

Flexibility in schedule

Use of personal automobile

Maintain automobile liability insurance as defined by AID’s personnel policies

Maintain valid Illinois driver’s license
