Job Title : Director, Information Management & Reporting
Salary Range : $88,085 - $139,899
Reports to : Vice President, Strategic Planning and Analysis
Location : Tampa, FL
Institution : Hillsborough Community College
Hillsborough Community College is a large, urban community college with five campuses. The college offers both credit and non-credit workforce programs.
Responsibilities :
- Oversees the Department of Information Management and Reporting.
- Directs the formalized process of data reporting to internal and external college stakeholders.
- Serves as College State Reporting Coordinator to the Florida Department of Education.
- Designs, builds, and manages the college’s Business Intelligence system.
- Provides leadership in the implementation and administration of policy and procedures for data integrity, reporting, and certification.
Required Qualifications :
Master's degree and five to seven years of prior-related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
Advanced critical thinking skills. Experience as a subject matter expert in community college data. Doctoral degree in Educational Measurement, Statistics, or Data Science.
