What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Personnel position at Association Management?
We are seeking a Maintenance Personnel for HOA to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing and managing projects, responding to maintenance requests, assisting with and coordinating with vendors when necessary from initiation to completion. The candidate will work closely with the project manager/project coordinator to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation
- Respond in a timely manner to maintenance requests from residents and the HOA management team
- Support in monitoring project progress and performance
- Collaborate with board members to ensure project requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in ERP system
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and projects
- Assist in conducting site visits and inspections
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with residents regarding maintenance activities.
- Other Duties:
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the HOA management team.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Skills:
- Proficiency in basic maintenance and repair skills, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standard.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in maintenance or construction is preferred.
- Experience working in a residential or HOA environment is a plus.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Relevant certifications or training in maintenance or construction are a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Requirements:
- Reliable Transportation

- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple high priority tasks, and adjust to shifting priorities

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
