Our conductor, John Sutton, will retire in the summer after 15 years with us and many previous years with other choirs. We meet most Monday evenings between September and May, with concerts of classical choral music in December and jointly with other choirs from the Winchester area in May. We usually hold a come-and-sing event in February. We always sing accompanied. Our members do not audition but bring ability and enthusiasm to what we do. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to conduct a rehearsal in January or February.
