We are seeking a highly qualified Director of Engineering and Operations to lead our engineering team and oversee the development of water resources and infrastructure projects. This position will report directly to the Office of the General Manager and contribute to agency-wide initiatives that support the mission of the District.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team responsible for water resources and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to engineering and operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize water resources and infrastructure needs.

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in engineering and operations are required.
