Base Pay Range: $22 - $23.08/hr

We're looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events. In this role, you'll manage registration, reporting, and event materials, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Essential Functions:
- Serves as a producer for pre-recorded and live virtual events, including virtual seminars, workshops, free/paid webinars, summits, and conferences.
- Conducts speaker tech calls before presentations and records sessions for virtual events.
- Serves as moderator for day-of virtual events by fielding questions from attendees and offering tech support before, during, and following the event.
- Assists with proofing marketing materials, digital and print, related to virtual and in-person events.
- Aids in proofing ON24 platforms for virtual events.
- Assists with event success analysis and planning future virtual and in-person events.
- Sets up event details and registration fees in Salesforce and Sitecore.
- Updates the Event Registration Confirmation Emails sent through Salesforce.
- Maintains existing event-related reports and collaborates with team members on developing and creating new reports needed.
- Serves as point of contact for event registration questions and problems.
- Monitors registration capacities and maintains waitlists when applicable.
- Assists with monitoring and responding to emails in the Events Inbox which include but are not limited to CPE compliance, invitation letters, registration problems, cancellation requests, and other basic registration and event inquiries.
- Assembles, packs, ships event and registration materials, supplies, and audio-visual equipment, both domestically and internationally.
- Creates and maintains calendars and schedules indicating production and shipping of materials for in-person events; tracks shipments until they arrive at their destination.
- Maintains adequate event supplies, arranges print production of course materials, and produces attendee registration packets and materials.
- Archives in-person event materials, per NASBA regulations (sign-in sheets, course materials).
- Assists with onsite registration and logistical support as needed.
- Assists with shipping materials and supplies for non-ACFE tradeshows and events.
- Evaluate event success and effectiveness through post-event analysis and reporting.
- Performs other duties as requested or required.
Required:
- 1 – 3 years of professional experience is required, preferably in an association, member-based organization, or hotel environment. Four years of High School resulting in a diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience working in an event environment is a plus.
- Data entry and daily administration functions.
- Basic understanding of HTML formatting and website creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven skills in organizing work, attending to detail, managing time effectively, and handling multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Skilled in collaborating with internal and external resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Crystal Reports, Salesforce, ASANA, and ON24 is a plus.
- Ability to travel 1-2 times a year.
