Description

The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) is the world’s largest anti-fraud organization delivering best-in-class training, offering the CFE credential and fostering a dynamic, global community of anti-fraud professionals. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills to support our enterprise partnership initiatives. In this role, you’ll serve as a key contact for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality delivery of program benefits. You’ll also assist in prospecting efforts to expand our customer base and drive sustainable growth.

 

 

The Partnership Success Coordinator serves as a key commercial contact for a group of current enterprise customers and is responsible for facilitating communications with these customers and supporting the team responsible for driving sustainable growth within these accounts. The role is also responsible for delivering contracted Corporate Alliance Program (CAP) and Law Enforcement and Government Alliance (LEGA) Program benefits in a high-quality way, ensuring that customers receive a fantastic experience. Additionally, the Partnership Success Coordinator supports the team in developing and executing a prospecting plan designed to source and acquire new customers.

 

 

 

Essential Functions:

  1. Oversees the delivery of contracted CAP and LEGA Program benefits, including but not limited to invoicing, collections, scheduling, correspondence, event registration, event production, reporting, surveying, and other administrative and logistical duties.
  2. Works closely with the team to market and execute initiatives that enhance the Program experience and benefits including newsletters, surveys, webinars, roundtables and receptions.
  3. Works closely with the team to support the execution of account management plans, including research, content creation, reporting, quote creation, proposal development, scheduling, and correspondence management.
  4. Supports regular Program customer Business Reviews and other customer touchpoints to secure renewals, up-sales, and cross-sales.
  5. Facilitates all aspects of Program customer renewals, including quote creation, benefit agreement updates, and invoicing.
  6. Executes and monitors Program benefit marketing campaigns using Marketo and other tools, in coordination with the team.  
  7. Supports the development and strengthening of relationships with Program customers and prospects, including through attending ACFE conferences and summits, chapter meetings, and other live in-person and virtual events, as needed.  
  8. Coordinates cross-departmentally to ensure enterprise customers receive a high level of member experience, consistent with the ACFE’s philosophy, across ACFE products and solutions.
  9. Supports team members in developing and executing prospecting plans designed to source and acquire new customers.
  10. Provides administrative and logistical support for ACFE’s participation in third-party sponsored conferences and trade shows, in coordination with the team.
  11. Provides Salesforce administrative support to the team, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  12. Maintains current knowledge of ACFE products and services.
  13. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

 

Required:

  1. Four years of high school resulting in a diploma or GED required.
  2. 1-3 years of sales, marketing, communications, account management, customer service, project management or business development experience. 
  3. Previous success in a business-to-business sales or account management role, with additional experience in administrative support for business-to-business teams a plus.
  4. Proven ability in organizing work, attention to detail, taking direction, managing time effectively, and handling multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  5. Experience supporting team initiatives and contributing to the development of operational processes a plus.
  6. Skilled in collaborating with internal and external resources.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with Sitecore or other Content Management Systems, Salesforce and Asana a plus.
  9. Completes anti-bribery course certification.
