About This Opportunity :
CareATC is currently looking for a Physician that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education.
We are looking for a family physician to work PRN at our clinic on 5th Avenue and cover time off for our full-time physician. Our clinic cares for the employees and families at Weil. The clinic hours are Monday - Friday 9am-6pm. The total coverage is between 20-25 days annually.
